Santander’s Airport

Seve Ballesteros-Santander Airport (IATA: SDR, ICAO: LEXJ), also known as Parayas Airport, is a Spanish international airport owned by Aena, located five kilometers from the city of Santander.

To travel to and from the airport, you can use the S4 bus line:

Santander’s Train Station

Santander Station is a railway terminal located in the north of Spain.
It was opened in 1943 by RENFE.

It is located in the Plaza de las Estaciones near the city center. Next to this station, which belongs to the Adif Iberian gauge network, is the Santander AM station, which serves trains running on the narrow gauge network, also operated by Adif.

Long-distance: Thanks to its Alvia trains, Renfe connects Santander with Madrid and Alicante.

Santander’s Bus Station

The Santander bus station is located in the city center and serves as the starting and ending point for all national and international lines serving Cantabria, as well as most services serving the main destinations within the region.

Its central location next to the train stations and its direct connection to the airport make it a true modal interchange for Cantabria.
